Our sympathy goes out to anyone  that has been affected in some way by Covid 19. We have a great team of people who have been, and will continue to keep to our commitment  of seeing us through the times ahead, and it does look at long last that the end of this dreadful infection is within sight.

Customer care is at the forefront  of what we do, and we are proud to have been able to sustain  the  same level  of service that you depend on us  for,  at least from what we can provide through the treatments, even if sometimes the control and supplying of supplies have been out of our hands. We wouldhlike to take this opportunity to say thanks for bearing with us and we hope we have continued to give our customers complete peace of mind in relation to our care and our support.

We will continue to keep you updated with any changes that may affect both ourselves and our customers, as they are  issued by Public Health England, the NHS and our regulatory bodies as to how we need to continue to implement safety guidelines and making sure we are compliant with all the current rules which will allow us to continue to provide the best possible care to all our customers, current and new.

The latest advice says we are now able to see patients for general eye examinations by appointment only and we will still  continue to provide whatever you need from us remotely wherever possible.  We will be available by email or on the phone if you require any help.

Call us on:  01900 606111.

For more clarification on the current guidelines you can go to the most up to date government guidelines  by clicking this direct link:  https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

Unfortunately we are still getting customers coming in without appointments for adjustments and repairs. Please note an APPOINTMENT is required for everything at the moment except for collecting contact lenses. Please help to keep us and everyone safe. Should you need  to reschedule any of your pre-booked appointments, please let us know as soon as possible so we can re-arrange an alternative date for you.

We are currently experiencing longer than normal call waiting times, you may find us a little slower to respond to your requests. We are currently working hard to maintain the very best service we can offer our customers in these difficult times. In order To avoid close contact between patients and staff, we have put up temporary barriers in the shop. You may find the chairs in our waiting areas are spaced further apart than usual every other desk will be left unattended where we are measuring and fitting glasses and contact lenses for customers.
